We ordered a replacement water filter tap. Simon was extremely helpful and helped us laymen to put the tap together. We then discovered that our piping was not 1/4 inch and Simon sourced and supplied the correct fitting for us. The tap is great quality and we are very pleased we ordered it from Fountain Filters.

Great service. I ordered a replacement filter cartridge online for my water filter tap. It was easy to identify the correct cartridge via Fountain Filters' WEB site. Their price was cheaper than Amazon for the same product, and postage was free, with prompt delivery via Royal Mail.
