Great service
Searched the usual sites to hire a Luton Van with little luck on availability, those available were over £300.
Tried GBV booked a van straight away at a 3rd of the price. They did charge extra for fully comp insurance but was a little over £11 so no big issue.
No hassle picking the van up, gentlemen was really friendly and polite, in and out in 5 minutes. Same again dropping the van off.
Definitely recommend and will use again.

Only 4 stars as the company did not have the vehicle I needed wnen I needed it despite taking all card details. However, they were excellent when finding an alternative vehicle.

If Carling did Van Hire...
Having had my van stolen whilst working out of the back of it,I found myself in dire need of a van when my car was impractical...'Phoned around (Worcester) and was very surprised at the range of prices currently being charged for a normal transit sized van, in one case £165.00 for a single day - not exactly thrifty" However I tried GBV in Blackpole and although they did not have the transit size van I initially required, they hired me a larger brand new Movano at an amazingly low price (compared to companies tried prior to them) and I was more than happy with every aspect of the transaction. I dealt with a chap named John, very pleasant, and more importantly, very efficient. I actually only needed a van for about 3/4 hours but it was one of those "My kingdom for a horse" situations and I was really pleased I rang them! I would recommend them highly although I probably won't need their help anytime soon as I have now replaced my missing vehicle LWB Transit (with a Movano)! Thank you John...

Booked van online only to be disappointed when no vans available. Why go through booking process and then payment if no vans available. Please fix website.

Mr Pates, I am sorry to hear this regards the online booking you made and we fully apologise for any knock on consequences that may have resulted from the vehicle not being available, I have spoken to the depot involved and they had no other vehicles to offer and a refund was actioned immediately, we are rectifying the issue with regards the website and bookings placed over the weekend period when the offices aren't manned.

I was impressed with GBV Rentals, they made the experience really seamless. The prices are good, the van was good, the staff were helpful and the fact you can drop the keys off in a secure letterbox to return the van is really convenient.
