We had a great experience with Ed K with refinancing an auto loan. He got us an amazing rate and did a wonderful job helping us each step along the way. Would highly recommend him and gravity lending.

The person who helped me find the lowest possible APR & saved me a good amount of money with GAP insurance and other protections for my vehicle was Wilfred Ivan Hagerman. Truly a blessing to come across someone who communicates effectively, is transparent about rates, and saves his customers money. I did not have the knowledge about why my monthly payment was high, but I am glad to have learned why and glad to do business with Gravity Lending for auto refinancing.

I was skeptical at first, but given their reviews, I decided to reach out to see if they could help with refinancing my car loan. Within a day or 2 after submitting the application, they reached out to me to tell me I was approved and explain the process. The whole process was easy enough and was completed within a few weeks. They were able to get me down almost 2.5% from my previous car loan and reduced my monthly payments by $100/mo (would have been $150 but opted to add Gap insurance to the loan), but needed to extend the loan from 48 months back to 60 months.

Tim Brown was the one who assisted me throughout the loan process. He provided prompt communication and a clear layout of the numbers. I recommend him and his team.

**The only drawback I have to include here is that they WILL pull a hard inquiry on your credit report as soon as you submit your information, whether you get approved or not or whether you decided to take the loan or not.

I contacted Gravity Lending to inquire about refinancing my car load. The experience I had was excellent from the start. Zach was excellent in going over all options and gathered all information professionally. The process was efficient and I followed up with Edward on all other information needed. Both of these gentlemen did an excellent job. My new loan was secured at a much lower interest rate.
