I received a letter in the mail from a different company to re-finance my auto loan, but I looked up the provider and their reviews weren't good.
So, I researched lenders that DID have positive reviews and that's how I decided on Gravity Lending. Not only did I have a great experience with my loan officer Ed, he got me a lower APR than the offer I got in the mail.
I highly recommend Gravity Lending and appreciate their great customer service.
