I would highly recommend ISO, especially when you don't know much about the US medical system. I cut my finger when cooking the other day and reached out to ISO on wechat, trying to find a ER. The customer service rep immediately warned me how ER and urgent care is different and how ER could be really expensive. They even called the urgent care for me because I was so in pain. Really caring and professional service!

I accidentally entered my child’s name wrong when buying the insurance. My English isn’t very good over the phone, so I added their WeChat customer service. To my surprise, they could speak Chinese! I felt so relieved. After I explained the situation to the representative, Jennifer, she fixed everything within five minutes. She was amazing—so efficient and so professional!

Purchased this insurance for my son was told effective date was 10/02/2025.But to my surprise today 10/03/2025 a pharmacy is trying to enter his details so we can collect a prescription and i am being told the insurance ID does not exist they call Aetna POP,Aetna is also telling them they don’t have my son’s details in their system.I call ISO all they can tell me is pay your money and claim.Why should i go through that stress of filing claims,i bought insurance for convenience.AVOID THIS INSURANCE AT ALL COSTS
