Good service, friendly helpful staff
Good service, would have been 5 stars if not for the aborted delivery, due to technical issues with the delivery van which does raise the question regards maintenance of their fleet and subsequently the reliability of their vehicles, this may seem harsh but difficult to give the service that extra star. The staff were ver nice, helpful and did their best under difficult circumstances hence the 4 stars. The tracking facility is a great idea, however that's all it is as it didn't work in my case, thankfully the text messages were quite forthcoming and kept me up informed reasonably well. As for the actual delivery it went smoothly when it did happen.

Everything about the ordering and deliver was great. Except the ability to arrange a time. It seems that the delivery time on the day selected remained unknown to me until the lorry had been loaded according to the delivery route… tracking was great!
But I don’t want to stay in all day…

Delivery of lifetime shed
Bought a lifetime shed from Costco delivered by kinetic logistics didn’t need to use their tracking system as they frequently kept me up to date and got a call from the driver 20 minutes before they arrived excellent service 👍🏼

One of the best if not the best!!!!
We order 3 piece sofa with Costco and they arrange delivery by Kinetic Logistics. We were send a email to book delivery. On the days before they had sent email and text to confirm delivery date and the day before a delivery slot.
We had a little hiccup as there was a medical emergency and the sofa was unable to be delivered on the day that was arranged.
But the company kept me well informed and arrange delivery the next day at the same time.
On the day of delivery we got a text tell us the driver was about an hour away and true to their word they arrived. Two lovely respectful gentleman Nick amd John they careful unwrapped the sofa and then build the sofa up and made sure that everything was working. They took away all the rubbish the two guy were fantastic they made sure that they respected my neighbours properties aswell. It was so nice to have two gentleman that really cared about the items that they were delivering. These gentleman are a credit to Kinetic Logistics and they would be most welcome back in our home and our close at anytime.
I would highly recommend this company if all employee are as good as these two gentleman they would be very hard to beat for delivery.
Again thank you for sending Nick and John and even after the little hiccup I would still rate your company one of the best company if not the best I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

What a great service
What a great service, I was totally kept informed once my order was placed.
Received great communication from the delivery team and messaged me when they were 10 minutes away.
Very friendly team and Drago was very helpful and asked what room I would like. Thank you guys.
