Specialist delivery for a tv that turned up smashed

Arrived well on time and didn't leave until package delivered right to wher we needed to unpack. Super service and so polite and obliging.

The delivery men said my suite would not fit in lift in tower so asked them to remove packaging and it would go in but they said it would'nt make any difference they left it in landing at bottom of tower and i stay in 9th floor they also asked me to sign saying i agreed with this which i did as i am just out of hospital and not feeling great i then had to hire 2 guys to unpack the suite put it in lift and then put it in to my flat which cost mevextra money that i really vould not afford if they had listened to me and took packaging off they would have got it in lift they could not get away quick enoigh really disappointed in this service

This company is just a joke. The company or their staff should be investigated under employment rights. On two occasions now, they sent driver / buddies that behave and complain like they should be in a disabled chair or pensioners. If the drivers are not fit or capable to lift the goods they are expected to drop off or collect, then why on earth do the have the job or spend time looking disgruntled and expecting customers to do their job for them. Last week, one complained i must help because he just had a back operation and this week, another asked for help as well he looked like he was in his 70's. I hope Costco is reading these reviews and should take a deeper look into the kind actors and inconsiderate drivers / driver buddies being sent to face paying customers.

Had a TV delivered by the on behalf of Costco, a van turned up outside front door, opened the door and I could hear people crashing about in the back of the van (they didn’t know I was waiting on the doorstep), eventually a older man and young lad emerged from the rear of the van. With a TV box with a large hole in the side, I could see them turn the box around to hide the damage. When they got to my door I question them about the damage, they said they’d checked and the TV was not damaged. Well an hour later I opened the box and directly where the hole in the box was there was a huge dent and a shattered TV screen. So you can imagine the inconvenience for me now having to organise a replacement which has taken almost two weeks. Finishing on a positive note the replacement TV was delivered by an alternative crew who were very good.

I had a bad experience with them today. They failed to deliver my item within the agreed time frame, and the delivery time kept changing. It ruined my entire day and caused me a lot of inconvenience. Very disappointing service.

Fantastic delivery I like the system used, I knew what time estimated also where they were and received great updates earlier than expected as close with other customers. Absolutely lovely guys so friendly and helpful bought in my cabinet and unpacked it. So greatful as I have disability’s and would have really struggled with it.
