A very quick turnaround from placing…
A very quick turnaround from placing the order to receiving goods was 3 days. Delivery was actually early but the driver messaged ahead and the guys were very helpful.
Will have no problem in using their services again.

Love the real time tracking tool
Love the real time tracking tool. Lots of communications including from the driver so excellent all around. Delivery people were very courteous and helpful so thank you. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is that the delivery window was 2 to 5 but actual delivery 6:30 so a pain for those with tight schedules but at least you could see where they were and that they would be late so could work around.

Good service, friendly helpful staff
Good service, would have been 5 stars if not for the aborted delivery, due to technical issues with the delivery van which does raise the question regards maintenance of their fleet and subsequently the reliability of their vehicles, this may seem harsh but difficult to give the service that extra star. The staff were ver nice, helpful and did their best under difficult circumstances hence the 4 stars. The tracking facility is a great idea, however that's all it is as it didn't work in my case, thankfully the text messages were quite forthcoming and kept me up informed reasonably well. As for the actual delivery it went smoothly when it did happen.
