Bought this shed from Argos as totally let down by Wayfair. The whole process from ordering to delivery was excellent. Kinetic were exemplary they were in regular contact and delivery was a little earlier than expected. The two drivers were great, very helpful and messaged to give up to date information. Waiting 10 days after scheduling the delivery for today.
No confirmation on progress, no contact from Kinetic Logistics.
No way to check when delivery will happen. The summary says "it will be delivered between . " - just dot, not hours or anything.
Stayed home waiting for delivery, but it doesn't look good

Absolutely lovely people that delivered…
Absolutely lovely people that delivered my sofa today, explained everything fully and clear. Took great care and attention to detail. Extremely polite and well mannered. Communication great from the set, loved how I could pick my own delivery date, was made well aware the day before of my slot and the delivery team made contact prior to delivery overall a great experience would use this company again and again! Highly recommend. A special thanks to the two guys who delivery you were awesome and I hope you are commended for such an amazing service

Firstly your tracking is useless showed…
Firstly your tracking is useless showed vehicle 2 hours 45 minutes away, gets a text be there in 28 minutes.
Secondly the 2 man delivery team, the driver was fine but the other man was rude unhelpful and refused point blank to take the 2 seater sofa to the back bedroom of the bungalow as it was too heavy and too far. Had to explain this was a white glove delivery and build and remove all packaging he didn't seem to care and was going to leave it on the driveway. Only after an argument and me supplying a sack truck would he do the job he was supposed to do. Apparently the company don't supply there delivery teams with equipment such as trucks etc. Would not recommend this company and don't understand why Costco uses them.

The kind of employees a company should be proud of.
The two delivery guys were extremely efficient, personable and experienced in delivering, checking and handling of the sofas. They instilled great confidence in their ability with their easy but very professional attitude, speed and attention to detail whilst being friendly and personable at the same time. Excellent employees and good guys! Hard to find nowadays. !
