Communication since placing order with Costco through to advice on planned delivery was excellent

Excellent and reliable service. Information was being communicated throughout and I received a call from the driver 30 minutes before the actual delivery time. Also, an email to confirm the item has been delivered.

Delivery said between 9-12 at a retail store someone else (staff) was opening up
Ringing at 8:20am before we was even open saying you need to get this now or else it will be delivered at another time
I had been on a night shift and had to rush there out of bed all because the delivery driver was being cocky and there was no other way of coming back later that day.

From 1st contact soon after my Order from Costco to delivery was exceptional. The delivery itself was brilliant and very much on time. The delivery driver informed us way before he came so that we didn't hang around waiting. I really couldn't fault the Service. Thank you.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. I just recently purchased a very large tv and Kinetic Logistics was the company assigned to deliver it. So literally from the start the communication was exceptional and that continued throughout the process. The delivery guys (Mark Watson and his colleague) were really professional, they also messaged me on the day let me know when they would arrive and when they did both were polite, helpful and friendly. What more could you ask for. The box didn’t have a single mark on it. 10/10 for every single part of the service. Would highly recommend, especially if have an expensive and fragile item to be sent or delivered.

Very efficient and quick delivery. Door are exactly what we are looking for.

Package arrived on the day and slightly earlier than scheduled. I liked the way they provided GPS tracking so I could prepare to receive the two large packages. The two delivery men were friendly and courteous and put the goods where I asked them to place them. A good successful delivery.

I was told before hand thay there would be a 3 hour window and was informed th night before it would be between 10 and 1. I chose a day I dont work so it didnt mattrt about the time, however on the day I had a message to say they would early by 45 minutes which was great for me as it was in and set up before the actually delivery time. Very happy. The driver was Neil, sorry I didnt catch the other guys name but thankyou.

They turned up 3 hours early. Lucky I was still in. This is not good.

KineticLogistics delivered a Costco TV for me and I was impressed with the communications throughout the whole process from them awaiting to receive the package to arranging a delivery date, delivery and tracking. They made it simple and straightforward for me to choose a date for my delivery. Gave me a 3 hour window and kept me up-to-date the whole time with reminders and on the day real time tracking. The courier was polite and courteous. Great setup

Very rude and abrupt delivery drivers.

I understand and appreciate it’s a ‘Kerb side’ delivery service. However, there’s no need to get shirty with a disabled old lady and threaten to take the delivery back to the depot, just because she’s asked for access to remain clear for a wheelchair user!

Clear time slot for delivery and a confirmation 15 minutes before arrival. Team were friendly and delivered the item exactly where I needed it in the back garden. Couldn't have been better.

Great communication throughout. I received both an email and a text beforehand confirming when my delivery was due. On the day, I also received a text to let me know that they were able to deliver earlier than expected, which was really helpful.

Chris Garrett, the delivery driver, was extremely friendly, helpful and professional, as was the gentleman assisting him. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name, otherwise I would happily mention him too.

From start to finish it was unbelievable. Communication was great with timeframes and even a courtesy message of their soon to be arrival time. Both gentlemen were professional and were super helpful as my order was very heavy and they assisted by putting the order straight into the back of my truck. I would recommend this company 100%!
