No way to contact them, no way to get a refund therefore

Returns portal doesnt work to return an item

A lovely selection of underwear

A lovely selection of underwear, easy to order and good communication. Arrived promptly but more importantly the underwear fit so beautifully and was so comfortable I ordered a load more!

So Glad I Took a Chance!

I was a little sceptical about ordering after seeing several negative reviews, but after Chelsea Peers’ courier lost my parcel and they were out of stock, I decided to give this company a try as they had one item left.

I’m so glad I did — I genuinely can’t fault them. I ordered before 7pm for next-day delivery, and it arrived today exactly as expected. The item is perfect.

I'm a bit annoyed the courier has let the side down, though - that’s not the experience we expect from them - and I will be feeding this back to them.

You may already be aware, but there's often a bit of backlog / delay in every courier's network this time of year as package volumes go through the roof when Black Friday sales start.

Paying for express delivery moves your package up their priority list, but it's more costly for you (and us) so very much a personal choice we let people make based on their needs.

Shocking customer service no refund as yet

I would not give any stars for this company. . My 17 year old daughter returned something bought online, one month on still no refund. Every email we send we get fobbed off or the email gets retuned. I am still trying but do not buy from this company they try to give the impression they care in the emails but are evading any refund .

Product not delivered. Not seen. Checked around block. Knickerbox aware I won’t stop pursuing this gratuitous fraud. Informed replacement parcel sent. No sign of such. Hey, hey?

Returned order on the 18th August 2025 still not received a refund - contacted the company through their website site twice -since still no response, no customer support. If I don’t receive a refund within 7 days I will have no choice but to take legal action through the small courts under the consumers rights act 2013. Will NEVER buy from them again!

Beautiful. Well made. Great quality. Fast delivery. Well packaged and fits well.

The reason for 4 stars and not 5. It's the colour. It's light pink online but in reality it's faded pink.

Discount code scam

Signed up as first time customer in order to recieve 15% newbie discount, however, I have not recieved an email with the discount code until I checked out without it. A bit misleading and disappointing especially as I placed a large order.

Don't use this fake company, quality of products awful service from the chat team! i have return my item, item stated delivered to retailer by tracking!, and they still saying they have 20 days to sort out refund lol, jokers! don't use these fakers!
