Top class service from this wonderful brand as ever. Fantastic product selection, customer service and all round experience.

I called with a couple of queries about a recent delivery. Both queries were dealt with immediately above and beyond my expectations. Liberty customer service was extraordinarily.

This is a review regarding the online WhatsApp Customer Services Support only. Appalling waste of time and effort, I think Liberty have outsourced this and it shows. Twice I’ve asked for an update regarding my Liberty Loyalty vouchers which should’ve been sent this month, nearly at the end of October and I still don’t have.

My advice to Liberty- get rid of this service and stick to your UK phone number and team.

Customers - don’t bother with the WhatsApp, they never get back to you, I’ve been promised twice an email from CS with my vouchers, nothing happens. Phone CS during working hours instead.

I’ve been shopping with Liberty for years, and I keep coming back because their customer service and product selection are always excellent.

The store itself is beautiful and full of history, and shopping online is just as easy as visiting in person. Ordering throughout the year as well as for Christmas gifts is so straightforward, with quick delivery and the option to have items delivered free to the store to collect.

They offer a beauty product subscription service which I’ve enjoyed not only for myself but also for my wife.

Separate from the subscription service, I recently had an issue with a purchase, and Charlotte from customer service was brilliant. She sorted everything out quickly and was so polite and helpful throughout.

I think Liberty really gets customer service right. The staff genuinely make you feel looked after, and it’s one of the reasons I’m so happy to keep shopping there. A lovely department store with a personal touch — thoroughly deserving of five stars!

Another great experience with Liberty. Today I ordered a gift mistakenly for collection. When I realised my error, I immediately emailed customer services. Later that day I had a response from Luzuko in customer services who reassured me my order had been cancelled. I was so impressed my problem has been dealt with so quickly and efficiently.

I have a subscription with Liberty and I mistakenly ordered an incorrect item and promptly returned the item .Liberty have refunded me in a timely manner once they received the item . DPD were the problem, they took nearly 2 weeks to return the parcel to Liberty .

Always find Liberty to have great customer service as well as having a lovely range of products. On the rare occasion when you need assistance, they are always very helpful and work to assist swiftly.

I had an item missing from my beauty box and when I contacted Liberty they immediately dispatched a whole new box without any quibbles. This is why Liberty is a fabulous company!

I really love Liberty. I rarely have an issue, but when I do, they are quick to sort. Recently a bottle of oil had come unscrewed during it's journey from the store to my home, it happens, it made a bit of a mess though. This was sorted quickly by the team at Liberty, and their customer care team were very polite and helpful, I can't fault them (other than to ask them to make sure the tops of bottles of oil are tight).

Customer service team at Liberty are always good. They are professional and kind. Truly understanding and deal with any queries efficiently. Sophie's response was great.

Joined as a Liberty member (far too long over due). I was a little confused about adding points to my account, I reached out to the team using the appropriate links and had full explanation and outcome. Thankyou Liberty! I shall return very soon

Excellent customer service from Ebonie at Liberty

I contacted Liberty regarding a price reduction on an order I had placed shortly beforehand. Ebonie was helpful and professional throughout, took the time to look into my query and offered a straightforward solution by refunding the difference to my Beauty Drop account.

I particularly appreciated that she kept to the timescales she had given me and followed through on what she had promised. It made the whole process easy and hassle-free, and I was very pleased with the outcome.

Liberty is also a wonderful destination for discovering beautiful and distinctive perfumes, which makes the positive customer service experience all the more appreciated.
