An appalling "delivery"
An appalling "delivery". No ring on the doorbell, no use of the door knocker, nothing. I heard a crash in the road (seemingly as the parcel was dropped) and went to look out the window but I didn't connect this crash with the so called “delivery”. I learned of the delivery instead by text and found the package lying dented on the doorstep in full view of the road. The parcel clearly marked "fragile” was scarred with mishandling. Expensive goods simply thrown at the door, with force enough for me to hear the crash at the back of the house. Unbelievable!

Ordered a perfume as a gift for my daughter’s birthday this weekend. Parcel arrived was a makeup brush! Spend nearly an hour hanging on to customer services to try to resolve. To be told no longer in stock. But I could visit the store in London to purchase ! How ridiculous! Now have to wait for them to collect the make/up brush ! Before I receive my refund ! Absolutely appalling service from Liberty’s.

Great Customer service by Kaajal and Kiyana
I had a concern following a purchase of a Liberty Beauty Advent Calendar last night so phoned Liberty Customer Service.
I spoke to Kiyana initially who was very kind and understanding and requested further information to respond to my concern.
I received an email from Kaajal this morning which explained the situation to my satisfaction and set my mind at rest.
Both representatives were very kind and considerate and are great ambassadors for Liberty.

Advent Calander
I ordered an advent calander price £285 with free delivery to Australia. When ordering the price changed into Australian dollars not sure why, and the customer rep did'nt know why either. After ordering the cost came through on my credit card as £349. Not sure why the Australian currancy was involved as it was purchased here in the UK to be delivered to Australia FOC.
Very disappointed so canceled my order which was done by the rep without any fuss.

Always buy the beauty advent calendar every year. Great deal! This year one of the products had leaked. I contacted customer services and, no drama, no token offer. Just an apology and a replacement item being sent ASAP.

Wrong website item delivered - and now they’re apparently sold out
I ordered via the website. Instead of a Le Creuset dish being delivered we received a box of air fresheners. It has taken 3 days for customer services to respond to my query ‘we are experiencing a greater volume of queries than normal’ apparently.
And it turns out they no longer have the dish in stock, so I will be getting a refund. So we have a load of hassle and no gift for my daughter in law who instead is having to wait in for a) a delivery that was in correct and b) a collection of the mistakenly sent items. Total waste of time and effort.

Old manky mascara
Bought a mascara, when I opened it for the first time, it looked dry. As soon as I tried to use it, it just crumbled off my eyelashes so it was clearly old stock - dried out and crumbly. I complained to customer services and because I used it, they couldn’t refund me. So be warned if you buy something - it could be gone off product and you don’t have a chance of recourse.
Also won’t send me a link to review the product to warn others. I should have checked the reviews before buying as they were all negative and the same thing must have happened to them as well.
Edited to say, liberty did reach out and gave me a full refund. I’ve changed the rating from 0 to 5
