Excellent customer service
My parcel was damaged in transit and Amazon didn’t deliver it. Amazon didn’t advise Liberty (the status on the tracker simply told me to contact the seller), so I phoned Liberty. The lady at customer services for Liberty (Unam) was excellent- very patient and friendly and kept me informed at every stage. She resolved the issue quickly and arranged for expedited delivery for the replacement. First class customer service!

Liberty is wonderful but the Amazon…
Liberty is wonderful but the Amazon prime delivery was not!
My address was incomplete on the parcel which was very odd..so the driver left my parcel under a bush in my neighbours garden which took some finding! They just left a message to say ‘it was near my garden’…!!! no photograph, which would have helped!
It was soaking wet but fortunately the product was in a glass jar and survived!
Liberty were apologetic and quick to respond.

Disappointing complimentary Hourglass experience
I attended a complimentary Hourglass appointment under the Beauty Drop offer hoping to try various Hourglass products. However, it would seemed that consultant was only keen to let me try as little as possible and I had to ask to try other products. I also realised afterwards that I wasn’t given the names of the products I tried other than the foundation I purchased. All in all, very disappointing!

I emailed customer services on a Sunday with a query about loyalty vouchers that I had lost.
Maddie came back to me very shortly after and gave me all the information I needed. Excellent service and very polite too.
Nothing is too much trouble for Liberty staff.

Great Customer Service
Very disappointed with the distribution partner Liberty London uses (Amazon Delivery), as they ignored prior instructions not to leave order anywhere other than handing it to the recipient in person and just left it on the doorstep, which it was then taken. The customer service received by Katrina was second to none though and I am very happy with how she handled the situation. I will definitely be a returning customer, thank you Katrina.

I love shopping at Liberty London, avoid Maria Tash
I love shopping at Liberty London, their menswear and haberdashery selection is definitely worth a visit.
However, if you want an appalling customer experience, and want to be treated like trash, go over to the Maria Tash counter where the staff act as though they have better things to do than serve you.
I had my ears pierced at Maria Tash, Liberty in 2022. The customer service was not great then, and little advice was given about my choice of studs. This time, when asking about a selection of earrings I was told they weren’t my style or gauge before the assistant carried on his conversation with another assistant.
