I love shopping at Liberty London, their menswear and haberdashery selection is definitely worth a visit.

However, if you want an appalling customer experience, and want to be treated like trash, go over to the Maria Tash counter where the staff act as though they have better things to do than serve you.

I had my ears pierced at Maria Tash, Liberty in 2022. The customer service was not great then, and little advice was given about my choice of studs. This time, when asking about a selection of earrings I was told they weren’t my style or gauge before the assistant carried on his conversation with another assistant.

Quick response to my query giving me the information I needed

I received lovely response from Kaajal at the Liberty Customer Services email address.

She responded super quickly, in a totally personalized and genuine response. Understood the issue and moved quickly to help.

So different from bot responses from other companies! I'm delighted at her response and feel very confident as a Liberty customer. Really superb. Thank you.

The Customer Service was fantastic just what you would expect, nothing was to much trouble. it was a pleasure doing business with them.

It’s great that Liberty London still value the personal touch - you can call and speak to a human in customer sevice. My issue (which was caused by a delivery issue and not Liberty themselves) was quickly resolved by the CS rep. Many thanks.

I am absolutely and wholeheartedly in love with Liberty! I know and appreciate quite a few other wonderful department stores, but Liberty remains my absolute favourite. There is simply something magical about it, not least because of its wonderfully creative initiatives, such as the Beauty Drop, which make being a Liberty customer such a delight.

That being said, I was rather dismayed when my latest Beauty Drop parcel seemed to have disappeared into postal limbo. As a Swiss customer with a Swiss mobile number (or “Natel”, as we call it!), I was unable to track my parcel properly through the InPost app, which made the situation all the more frustrating.

Thankfully, Lewis from Liberty Customer Services came to the rescue, providing an immediate remedy and turning a disappointing experience into a very positive one.

This is what truly excellent customer service looks like: attentive, efficient, and genuinely reassuring.

I have a subscriotion with Liberty Beauty drop. I try to get their amazing advent calendar evrry year and my £25 pcm payment comes in handy for purchasing make-up, skincare. I've had a couple of issues in the past and can honestly say Liberty have the best customer service I have ever came across in a company. They just make things righht within a very tight timeframe, 5 star service

Always fantastic service from Liberty and the quality of their products is really really good. I'm a member of Liberty rewards and the beauty drop and its really exciting to have new products to try on a regular basis that would be very expensive to buy a full size.
We also rate the advent calendar as the best one out there. The little drawers with surprises are lovely and the products you receive are well worth the price. Augustinus Bader, Diptyque, Essential Molecules have all become firm favourites after receiving them in the advent calendar.

Had an issue with a delivery and contacted customer services (Kam dealt with this) their response was super quick and efficient. Very impressed. Have been a Liberty Beauty Box subscriber for around 3 years now and can honestly say it’s brilliant. Let’s me try products and then save towards the advent calendar or buy products from the store. Would highly recommend for anyone into skincare/make up or perfumes. Frequent offers on beautiful Liberty makeup bags filled with various products too which are great value.

Liberty have an extraordinarily good customer service team. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Liberty is quite possibly the best department store in the world. Certainly in my world. Their customer service is second to none.
