My survey was carried out the following week after sending my authorisation form & payment.
I received my valuation report the day after the RICS Surveyor had visited my property.
Very happy.

They were really prompt got us booked in straight away, sent the report over 3 working days after and rang us 2 days after to talk us through the report. Very thorough and knowledgeable.

Very professional and took time to ask my consent to share information with mortgage broker. My flat was in a unique situation so took longer than anticipated to get the report but luckily I'm not in a rush. Would have liked to know about the delay sooner as I had to wait a few days but my surveyor was happy to be contacted at a convenient time for me.

I am glad I chose these for my homebuyers survey. They arranged to attend the property directly with the seller. I received the report the day after the survey was completed which was brilliant. It was very thorough and detailed. The surveyor called me a few days later to discuss any queries I had.
They also responded quickly to further queries which I emailed to them. Would definitely recommend for a thorough job.

Waste of time. Used them for a property I was buying and ended up with numerous problems that aren’t highlighted. Complained and escalated to a director who simply used excuses and get out of jail cards.

To redeem a help to buy equity loan, I needed a RICS certified valuation report on my house. I was recommend Pinnacle Surveyors from my mortgage advisor so I decided to go ahead with them. I had got a few other quotes and they were competitively priced. A date was arranged for the property inspection and the inspection was carried out swiftly. The report was emailed to me a few days afterwards. The only suggestion would be that Target HCA have a .pdf size limit for the report and the file from Pinnacle Surveyors was larger than the file limit. However, that was easily rectified by compressing the file.

I found my experience very easy from my initial enquiry right through to receiving my survey. I dealt with Ed and Cathy and both were very respectful when entering the property of the house we are buying and the house we are selling. Survey was delivered quick and very informative.
