I recently had to make a tyre insurance claim, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The entire process was incredibly quick and straightforward. From the moment I reported the issue, Premia Solutions handled everything directly with Kwik Fit, which meant I didn’t have to deal with any paperwork or back-and-forth myself.
What impressed me most was the speed of the resolution — everything was sorted much faster than I expected. On top of that, I didn’t have to pay anything upfront or out of pocket; Premia Solutions took care of the full cost behind the scenes.

Quick and simple process from start to finish. Filled everything online sent documents and photos of the tyre damage.Went and had a new one fitted at one of the garages they have. Paid for all the work, then sent everything over to them and they authorised the claim and paid within a couple of days.

Always been sceptical about tyre insurance however took it out when we bought a new QASHQAI. Within 3000 miles had 2 punctures within a week. One repaired one replaced. Had to pay upfront but the claim was dealt with fast and the money transferred quickly.

The process to claim on my policy was simple and was handled with considerable speed. My paintwork is now flawless again. From booking the job to its completion of work was great. I would be happy to use this company again for any work on my vehicle.

Good communication but I was disappointed that the policy did not cover the length of scratch (which was superficial) on my car.

Really nice guy who explained what he would do and then did a very good job. Wheels were like new. Don't know how he could have been better.

Company turned up I found them then explained options open from buff out scratch to complete door respray as there is a small dent, then told he would link with you to send dent man to sort, left before I checked work had to recall as scratch still visible Then had to contact you guys to check what’s happening to be told all info given was false. Had to submit another claim sounds like a con as limited claims per policy not a happy client

You just explianed the process and after I submitted all the details you paid me promptly

Easy claim registration online, fast response, good communications and excellent repair. Should be 5 stars but, only downside is I had to travel 70miles for repair as mobile repair van too large for home visit.
