Very happy with the Trooli service
Have been with Trooli since 2022 and the service throughout has been excellent. Have just renewed my contract a second time following a call with Sasha - she negotiated a great deal for me. Highly recommended.

Kash (Telesales Exec) was absolutely brillaint. Couldn't fault the quality of service he delivered over the phone in anyway. 10/10. Plus I only had to wait <30 secondsto be connected

This only refers to the sales…
This only refers to the sales experience; Contracting with Trooli and using their service to terminate my existing broadband contract was very easy and made comfortable by the sales team member.
Hoping the reality of the installation and user experience over the coming two years is similarly as good, but we are it seems off to a good start and with a provider that receives generally good reviews.
And this at a price that effectively is half of what the existing provider's charges had built up to, that along with a doubling of the connection speed though that aspect in our usage I feel is not in itself going to be relevant

Only had to speak with Trooli due to admin error. But when I did, I spoke to Amy and George both of whom were incredibly helpful and resolved my issue very efficiently

Trooli kept me informed of pending…
Trooli kept me informed of pending installations. The staff have always been helpful, answering any questions. Installation of the trunking was neat and tidy, they even sent another truck out just to jet wash the pavement! The final Installation was done by Nick which was also neat
Nick finally explained everything to me. I would recommend Trooli.

My first contract is coming to an end…
My first contract is coming to an end and I was in two minds whether to continue or not if I’m being honest as I would have preferred the modem not to be sited where it is in hindsight and because a new company with similar pricing and products would give me the chance to change it. The speed and ease of being able to speak with customer services and the friendliness and helpfulness of Amy one of their sales and retention advisors made it an easy decision to extend my contract for a further two years especially since I have been happy with the reliability. Thank you Amy.
