Great service and speed
Had a great experience overall, great speed and reliable, and the one issue I had was resolved really quickly by customer service and the engineer was sent out within a day. Engineers were also really professional and explained what was happening, particularly Shaun who was extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

This only refers to the sales…
This only refers to the sales experience; Contracting with Trooli and using their service to terminate my existing broadband contract was very easy and made comfortable by the sales team member.
Hoping the reality of the installation and user experience over the coming two years is similarly as good, but we are it seems off to a good start and with a provider that receives generally good reviews.
And this at a price that effectively is half of what the existing provider's charges had built up to, that along with a doubling of the connection speed though that aspect in our usage I feel is not in itself going to be relevant
