We recently made the switch to Trooli. The process was seamless. George helped us through each step, and was extremely helpful and made everything so easy. Our new internet was installed within a week and currently working much better than our previous provider. Even the person who did the install was very knowledgeable. Glad we made the switch!

Trooli Helpdesk needs to RENAMING…
Trooli Helpdesk needs to be renamed Trooli NoHelpAtAll.
I have Trooli fibre installed at my home and I rely heavily on broadband for my work as I work from home.
For technical reasons still not explained to me, my fibre has been down for the last 36 hours. The Technicolour router is stuck on PPP Connecting basically and whilst the fibre link is up the PPP authentication will not establish. This is a problem caused by their equipment, service provision and authentication credentials not working. As they are the Administrator for the equipment, I cannot do anything to fix it.
After reporting this yesterday and chasing them for an answer following more than 5 emails and phone calls, I have been informed the earliest they will be able to get an engineer out to "try" and fix it is 11th May.
Trooli's competitors get out to their customers same day or next day latest. 11th May will be 5 days after their system broke.
What's more frustration is how their Helpdesk team have been told to deal with this. There seems to be little point them answering the phone because they just tell you what you already know. There is no path for escalation to get an engineer out quicker. I asked to contact a senior manager because this matter affects the running of my business and I was just stone-walled and the same thing was repeated over and over. There is no-one to escalate to basically and 11th May is the earliest.
I said "I would PAY for an engineer to come out quicker." Not an option. We don't have any engineers available until next week !
Can you ship me a new ONT/router or whatever is needed and I can do the install over the phone ? Not an option, "we don't do that !"
Can you give me a contact email or engineering department number to escalate the matter to because this is urgent for me (I know its not for them!) "no, we do not give out those details, try calling tomorrow"
Absolutely atrocious service.

Excellent Service and Speeds.
Today I changed to trooli broadband. What a difference in speed going from 47mbps to 900mbps. Shaun and John were great making the whole transfer hassle free. The guys were very neat and tidy doing the work making me totally relax as they installed everything. I highly recommend trooli broadband as even the help centre were easy and quick to advise when I first contacted them. I’m very happy with today’s outcome as it was a completely hassle free install. Hassle-free!
I called Trooli's Customer Service to find out about their broadband packages. Spoke with Connor who was a pleasure to deal with.
He explained the differences between the packages, set us up as a new customer and booked an installation date.
A really smooth and easy procedure and, having read other reviews, I'm sure installation will be the same.

Sacha polite and helpful - great customer service
Re-contracted with Trooli as the service has been very reliable and good value for money. I spoke to Sacha who was very efficient and helpful and we agreed a renewal price with a small discount. All done and dusted in a few minutes and another satisfied customer!

Failed to turn up and didn't let us know. A morning wasted
Trooli chap (Kash) talked me through process from start to finish. Made it easy to follow. Answered all questions easily.

EDIT: Installation was booked for today 15th May 9am to 1pm. No-one turned up. No communication. A morning wasted. I called customer service and was told it had been moved to July! That's 2 months away. No reason given. But if I was unhappy they have engineers available in our area next week and the week after. So if not able to attend today why not bump us to next week and of course tell us! We have obviously cancelled the contract. Useless. Learn from our experience and DO NOT USE.

My sales executive, Conner Wise, provided a superb service. He was kind and supportive given that I had missed a cross over date as my existing broad band was terminating. He ensured that as the circumstances were out of my control that the legacy broadband would be reconnected. That was done and a big thank you to Conner for that. Then he walked me through the process faultlessly ensuring that I had the best (not the most expensive) that suited my needs. Highly professional and excellent service. Trooli should be glad that have a quality person like Conner on their team. Highly recommend both Conner and Trooli.

A very happy customer
I have been a Trooli customer now for about a month and I am very impressed. The transfer over from EE went very smoothly, they took care of everything. The engineer who turned up to do the install was very professional and efficient and could not have done a better job.
I held off from posting a review so I could see what the performance and customer service was like. I could not be happier. When I have had some questions, they have been answered promptly, the performance has been 10/10 with a solid 2Gbps speed.
The only technical issue I have raised with them is that the interface to the Zyxel router does not support self signed certificates, whilst that is not a show stopper, ideally that should be resolved in the future.
All in all a very happy customer!

Mobile reception issues
I live in an area in which mobile reception is exceptionally poor and I need my mobile for work I but I was missing a lot of calls I spoke to Amy to see if anything could be done to fix my problem Amy was very not only very helpful but very knowledgeable and was able to resolve my issue which she patiently guided me through the process which means I now have a phone that works and an excellent broadband well worth the call
