It initially appears that although my service is somewhat better by a factor of three. I am now having trouble connecting and running my TVs. I had a bill of sale£68 from EE and I thought that this would be covered by trooli but I got a message back telling me I had to tick a box to get this paid. BEWARE EVERYONE MAKE SURE YOU SELECT THIS OR YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY YOUR EARLY LEAVING COSTS. Very disappointed so far! PS: the installation was excellent.

Had a minor issue renewing my contract, which was flagged, handled and concluded with alacrity, good humour, and great efficiency. Polite, efficient and effective staff who were focussed on doing the best for me. Outstanding in every sense. Thank you.

Needed a duct. No problem, done in a few hours.
Then installation was done a few days later.
Works perfectly at the speed advertised.
Would recommend to anyone.

WiFi wouldn't reach all the rooms, which led to countless phone calls to Trooli about it. They said to just use the booster, which was to no avail. They wouldn't send an engineer out to solve the problem. Trooli tried to lock us into a new contract, which, obviously, didn't happen. Ended up reverting back to my old supplier, EE, which at least tried more often to reach all the rooms even without the booster, partially due to a deal in which a phone upgrade for my mum would be cheaper if performed alongside a new broadband deal, alongside general dissatisfation with Trooli from both parties.

A week after placing an order the brilliant Shaun and John turned up to install my fibre. It was expertly and neatly brought to the back of my house and installed. The easiest experience ever and after a week of usage, the 900Mbps service appears to be consistently good. Well done Trooli

So far I have been with Trooli for 3 weeks and so far I am very happy.
Customer service are great, well for me, they have answered all my questions and done what they said they would.
They state 2000 up and down and I know this is a marketing figure, you have to have every duck in a row and the wind in a perfect direction to even stand a chance, so I was not expecting those numbers, but they have been very high, sometimes over 1500 both up and down.
So, only a short time customer but credit where credit is due, so far they have been very good.

Have been with Trooli for at least 4years, never had any major issues, the only issue I did have was rectified promptly and professionally! No complaints at all with Trooli or their staff, all friendly and happy to help. Amy was a great help in renewing my contract recently. Thank you :)

I have been with Trooli now a couple of years and had great service from the provider and the network, being in a rural village even when we have had storms and it has affected the Wifi the engineers have had had it restored so quickly. If Trooli are planning maintenance we always get plenty of advanced notice and it is carried out when it is less likely to affect users, unless it is emergency works.
I have just renewed my contract for a further 24 months and the lovely Amy the Sales and Retentions Advisor carried out my renewal for me, Amy was efficient, friendly and gave great customer service, everything is ready and I am happy to be Trooli for another 24 months. Thank you Amy and Trooli.

I've been a customer with Trooli for quite some time now, and I'm happy to say they consistently excellent (both in service uptime and communications), its so refreshing to get a response quickly from an ISP and I can't give anyone more credit than Sacha from their recontracts team, who within 5 minutes of me emailing them with a problem, called me back, clarified and sorted the issue out for me. I hope to be a customer of Trooli for many years to come.

Early days and not yet certain I can be connected to fibre (survey and work on Joint User Pole in street needed) but the phone was answered promptly. Kash was totally clear and helpful. Fingers crossed I can get connected.

I recently recontracted with Trooli and couldn't be happier. The whole process was handled by Sacha, who was absolutely fantastic from start to finish.
Sacha was incredibly friendly, professional, and really took the time to make sure I got the very best deal possible. She secured me an amazing price that beat any other offer out there, and explained everything clearly without any jargon or pressure.
It’s rare to get customer service this good these days – Sacha really went above and beyond. The fibre broadband itself has always been super reliable and fast, but with service like this, I’m definitely staying a happy customer for years to come!
