I ordered a modern Chaise lounge, the estimated delivery time was 10 to 12 weeks but due to unforeseen circumstances it took quite a bit longer, Patrick was great and kept me updated. I almost cancelled because of the delay but Patrick convinced me it would be worth it. I’ve just taken delivery of the Chaise and was blown away with the quality, I’m so glad I didn’t cancel. I initially thought it was a little on the expensive side when I ordered it but you really can see what you’re paying for. I will be buying from them in the future.

Terrible Company. Appalling customer care. Told me items are in stock then after I paid and weeks chasing a delivery date I’m told they’re having to be shipped from Germany.
Items delivered 5 weeks later are not what was ordered. Then told the item isn’t made anymore! Emails ignored time and time again. 15 days to get my money back after sending about 8 emails chasing - most of which were ignored.
Terrible experience. Time wasters. Disrespectful to customers.

On February 4th, I ordered a side table from Tulip. After a month with no communication, I reached out, only to be informed that the table was discontinued, with no apology. Their suggested alternatives didn't meet my needs, so I selected a different one from their site. However, it turned out to be out of stock as well. They offered other options but wanted extra payment. One option they proposed was priced at £499, but a quick search revealed it much cheaper elsewhere.

The most disappointing part was that the table I chose was advertised with a marble top, which was the primary reason for my purchase. When it arrived, it was a cheap imitation. I immediately requested a return, but it's been a week without any response. Even when I called, the customer service representative was unapologetic and unsympathetic, lecturing me on my frustration.

The lack of communication and misleading product information, coupled with poor customer service, make this experience utterly unacceptable.

We first discovered Tulip a couple of years ago when we needed various items of furniture following a house move.

They provide an excellent, personal service, and were particularly helpful to us at Christmas, expediting the order of a dining table to be with us just in time.

With our most recent purchase from Tulip, it was very reassuring to find we were again dealing with the same people in customer service and on the delivery side - to me a clear sign of a good business. And in sharp contrast to our poor experiences with major retailers in this sector.
