I needed a bespoke radiator cover due to the height of our radiators and came across Liam on Etsy. My parents ended up ordering for us as a Christmas gift and despite it taking a while, (we weren’t in a hurry) I’m so pleased with the product. We will be ordering again, the quality and finish is fab. So much better than a shop bought cover! Would highly recommend. Thank you

I recently purchased 2 bespoke radiator covers from Liam. I couldn't be more pleased with the items. They are solid, very well crafted and exceeded my expectations. You do have to wait for a few weeks to receive your order but that's because they're bespoke and not being mass manufactured. They come assembled and ready to be placed over your radiators and are a perfect fit. I would be happy to recommend to family and friends.

I purchased a custom made radiator on the 15th December. I have called multiple times and from different numbers for the last 7 weeks. My partner commented on the Au Unique Instagram, it got deleted not long after with a private message saying giving liams email.

Delivery was 4-8 weeks when purchased. It got to week 6 and i have requested a charge back with my bank because i am starting to think it is not a legit business. No reply to our email, Not one single call returned. Have not had any contact with anyone that works at the company, All you get is an automated email when you place an order. All i wanted to do is check over my order to make sure it was correct.

I personally think especially when it says to leave a note - that maybe someone would call you just to confirm anything especially because its bespoke. Maybe a follow up saying the item is being made?

I really don't think i was ever going to receive this item and i genuinely believe the good reviews are fake (i am not even sure logically if that's possible).

Would rather support a smaller business over a massive one but this has been the worst online experience. I cannot afford to lose £300-£400 hence why i asked my bank for a charge back because i genuinely saved up for this item and was looking forward to it as they honestly do look amazing like no other.

We ordered a bespoke radiator cover from Liam on 14th November. The order totalled over £500.

We placed our order, sent our measurements, and then heard nothing back til we chased for an update and to make sure all the measurements made sense on 2nd January. We were told that they were prioritising the items that had a pre-Christmas delivery which is why we hadn't had an update. Fair enough, we weren't in a rush to receive before Christmas.

Out of the blue Amy emailed on 4th January to say our radiator cover would be delivered on the afternoon of 10th January. The delivery window came and went, and it wasn't til 8.30am the following morning (11th January) that the delivery arrived. Of course, we emailed Liam and Amy once the delivery did not arrive at the expected time to inform them, but no response.

When the delivery arrived, I was on my way out to work, so quickly accepted it, and then left my house. Before leaving I snapped a quick picture, as it did seem small vs. what we had ordered. I emailed Amy and Liam to ask if this was normal for it to look much smaller than the area that it was meant to cover. I wouldn't have wanted to open up the parcel if it was someone elses order, but I hadn't had time to look for any assembly instructions. No response to my email.

The next day after I had finished work, I was able to have a proper look inside the package, and confirmed it was not the radiator cover we ordered. I emailed Liam and Amy (Friday 12th). No response. Naturally at this point I also tripled checked the measurements we shared with Liam on the website - all correct from our end and the measurements of the item recieved do not remotely match those that we shared.

On Monday 15th I called twice. No answer. Emailed again and got a response that they would look into this for us.

I emailed again for an update on the 18th, and the 22nd of January. No response, and no contact at all from Liam and Amy.

I finally had enough and informed Liam and Amy that I would be starting a chargeback through my bank for the items (29th January). Amy replied with in 40 minutes - of course! She informed me that I had been issued a full refund and that a courier would be collecting the incorrect items delivered on 31st Jan. The one plus is that the refund came through quickly and I was obviously very grateful to receive it without the hassle of going through my bank.

The courier did not turn up on 31st Jan, nor the next day, nor the next. So I'm still here stuck with an large bulky item in my living room that is not mine. Again I have been emailing Amy and Liam, once when the courier did not show (1st Feb), and again I have emailed today (3rd Feb) to state for the final time that I will keep the items safe for a further 14 days, at which point I will dispose of them.

No doubt that Liam is a skilled carpenter and the pieces that he makes look beautiful - but seems random if you'll actually get your order based on my experience and the other reviews left here. Unfortunately I wasn't one of the lucky few. The customer service was shocking, and probably one of the worst experiences I've had buying from a small business. Very telling that the moment I mentioned a charge back I received a response - but with companies like this it is the only thing that works to get a resolution.

One of the most frustrating parts aside from the radio silence was that we were never given a proper reason for what happened - had Liam got our measurements totally wrong and this genuinely was meant to be our item? Or had we been shipped someone elses order? What happened to the original order we paid for?

Overall, would not recommend.

This companies customer service is non existent and they operate as if they could not give a monkeys about their customers.

Like all the other 20% one star reviews. I paid and waited 9 weeks in total. I had to contact them and ask for a delivery date as I had heard nothing for weeks. I was given a date via email by Amy, this date came and went. I chased them after this again on the phone and via email. They do not man their phone or email or respond to you.

After contacting them to ask again when it would be delivered I received a full refund via PayPal with the comment “more than one discount code used”. It took them 9 weeks, agreeing a deliver date and then sending me an order complete email to then say we are cancelling your order because you used to many discount codes. It would seem they are using these codes as an excuse if they cannot be bothered to deliver to you.

They do however sit on your money for 9 weeks and lie to you!!! How about you update your system Liam so that more than one discount code cannot be used, this is what any genuine company would do !! I would have happily paid full price if you had made me aware, I wanted the furniture not a deal. I also wanted to support what I thought was a genuine small business. AVOID !!!!!
