Love the item itself, it's very smart. Looks great in the room, has custom brackets to install that were very easy to fit. Everyone's who's come by and see it has said how lovely it is...

Ordered a Bespoke radiator cover via etsy on 08 October 23 . order was expected to be Delivered 28 November and they confirmed delivery and time slot for 1st December , on the day of delivery we get a notification of order is cancelled and refund processed,
after a wait of more then 45 days they just cancelled the order with no reasons mentioned why the order was cancelled, we text them but no response,

I never write reviews but felt compelled to in this instance, avoid ordering from AU-unique furniture or their Etsy Shop! Read the last 3 reviews all 1 star! Ordered a bespoke radiator cover on the 18th September and all seemed promising at first. Delivery date came and passed with no communication. When chased was told delivery date would be 6th November, 7 weeks after order date and I said I would be happy to wait, told I would receive information on time slot. Hadn't received any time slot so asked again, order was refunded without any communication and now wasted over 7 weeks waiting for a product and need to find an alternative. I will give the design to another company to make and post link to them on here for others who are in a similar situation.

Ordered a made to measure sideboard that I waited 2 months for, was given a date for delivery, no one arrives at time given so I contact company to chase this up!
Emails, Instagram messages phone calls are all ignored! They block me on Instagram so I can’t post a message!
They offer a refund.
Let’s see how long that takes!!

Ordered a bespoke radiator cover 8th September. Initial contact with Liam was helpful. Was told 6-8 weeks for delivery. Received an email saying order completed. They gave me a delivery date (meant to be yesterday between 4.30 and 6.30pm). Received an email the day before saying my order had been refunded?! No reason given. Tried to contact them by phone, email and the message facility on their website. No reply from any of them and no delivery! They never answer the phone and rarely reply to emails. I suppose the only positive is that I received the refund on my credit card. But why can’t they just tell me what the problem was? If I don’t hear from them I’ll be going on all possible platforms to inform people of the bad service.

Great item Liam was very helpful in advising me how to get the exact size required. Have used it to cover an old hallway cupboard and it's fits perfectly and very well made ! Will likely order again in the future !

** Update: A bit of a late update, so apologies to the team at Unique Design By Liam. In the end Amy pulled out all the stops to get my radiator covers delivered the very next week ( and the incorrect one picked up). The covers are great, good quality and look wonderful in each of the bedrooms. Changed my rating from 1 to 4 stars as the goods are excellent and the customer service (in the end) was very good. This is the second time we have ordered from Liam. The first order last year arrived perfectly. This time, the wrong items were sent, we ordered 3 radiator covers and only 2 arrived, one of which was not the correct size as per our order and invoice. I have been trying to get hold of them for the last 10 days. No answer on the phone, the answering machine filled up last week and the response by email was a terse "we will look into it". These guys are not cheap, the products are great but I'm a little worried right now and will contact my credit card company on Monday.

We needed a made to measure radiator cover and ordered one from Uniquedesignbyliam, it took a while to be delivered but that was to be expected as it was being specially made. It arrived a bit sooner than the delivery date given and it fits perfectly in our living room, under the window. Very well made, We really love it. Would definitely recommend if you need a special size.

Ordered a radiator cover for the attic. The item is eye catching and of solid construction. It fitted perfectly and has really enhanced the room.

I placed my radiator cover about 5/6 weeks ago I had a reply 2days l8 confirming my order and said when it was comeing it arrived on time & the people that delivered it were very pleasant & polite deffo order again well worth the money

We ordered a made to measure oak top radiator cover.
The guidance and process was easy and it was delivered sooner than expected. It was well packaged, well constructed and simple to fit. With a few coats of varnish on the oak it enhances our hallway perfectly.

Terrible customer service. Deliveries don't turn up and when you try to get hold of them there is no answer. I messaged on instagram in the end and managed to get a response (note there are actually two businesses they operate from so go to AU_Unique Ltd instead - alarming and probably due to all the bad reviews associated with UniquedesignbyLiam). When they did re-deliver they turned up a day early, luckily I was at home but if I had not been I have no idea what would have happened with my order. These are expensive products and this business don't seem to have the basics right with customer service. One radiator cover came with a scratch across the front but with all the agro we had getting these to even be delivered to us we have not bothered to communicate with the business any more and have painted in the scratch ourselves. Overall I would suggest going through Etsy if you want Liam's products as at least you have their support for any customer service you may need.

We are super pleased with our radiator cover. It looks fabulous!
It is well made, well painted, was well packaged and went together really easily. It is exactly what we need in our hall.
