My West refinance experience.
They stayed in touch through the whole process. Their help was so great that I could not believe that I could refinance on my own.The refi was so smooth and easy I surprised myself that I could do this. They help me save money per month and took a worry off my mind.

out to me when I was looking to get a HELOC...he made me feel comfortable
from the very start. Jeff made the process so much simpler. He was easy to talk to and was great at explaining

lengthy process due to the research…
lengthy process due to the research team holding. and seemed as if not one person i spoke with knew anything about mortgage processes. they overpaid my real estate taxes due. i tried to explain the amount that was due, but i iwas brushed off. no one ever returned emails, phone calls or messages. including the loan officer.
