Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Good range and good stock and usually quick to re stock upon order of a part. Closely sequenced orders don't always get 'merged' to save redundant shipping costs.
Exceptional. I got the clear vibe they are enjoying what they do, and were helpful, polite, friendly, knowledgeable. I'll be returning. Thanks Wheelspinmodels.

I recently purchased from Wheelspin Models and couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, their service was outstanding.
The technical knowledge of the team was excellent and they were able to answer all my questions with confidence, helping me make the right choice. Customer service was friendly, professional, and a pleasure to deal with throughout.
My order was processed quickly and delivered much sooner than expected, which was a real bonus. It's refreshing to find a company that combines expert knowledge, great communication, competitive prices, and speedy delivery all in one package.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Wheelspin Models to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable model retailer. A genuinely first-class experience and I'll definitely be buying from them again.

Hi Liam,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We take all reviews seriously and always look into the details to see how we can improve.
To help clarify the timeline, your order from Friday, 22nd May contained 14 items in total. While 8 of these were available immediately in our warehouse, the remaining 6 were "supplier ordered" items (indicated as shadow stock on our website). This means we secure them directly from our supplier before your full order is dispatched which would have been mentioned in your order confirmation.
Because of the intervening Bank Holiday weekend, we received those remaining items from our supplier on Wednesday, 27th May. As soon as they arrived, your complete order was immediately packaged and dispatched via the 24-hour tracked shipping service you selected.
We always aim to be as transparent as possible about stock availability and delivery times, but we appreciate your feedback as it helps us.

It is rare for me to bother doing a Trust Pilot review. However, although I don’t buy modelling bits that frequently, whenever I do, I use Wheelspin as their service is just SUPERB! It just gives me a feeling of great confidendce. Prices are always fair and competitive but more importantly (to me), things arrive quickly, really well packed and always good quality. Thanks for the professionalism and effort Wheelspin.

Hi James
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re very sorry that your initial item arrived damaged; we've since addressed this with our dispatch team to ensure it doesn't happen again.
Regarding the refund, we always aim for the fastest possible turnaround. Since we received your return on March 28th, we shipped a brand-new replacement that same day to get a working product to you quickly. Your request for a refund arrived later that evening, after the store was closed and the item had already left our warehouse.
We have provided a prepaid returns label via email so you can send the replacement back at no cost to you. As soon as it’s here, we’ll be happy to issue that refund. We hope this solution works for you

3rd visit and again verry happy
Today I paid my 3rd visit to wheel spin. Given the cost of fuel at the moment to say I'm more than happy to make a 40 mile each way journey says a lot for this company. The staff are amazing and so helpful, full of knowledge and make the experiance there personal to you. I genuinley cant wait for my son to crash his rc again so I can make him behave for a week and take him back (the new suspension is great).
Thanks guys once again for an amazing experience

Hi Leo,
You haven't provided an order number to look into this for you, so I will have to guess a little on the details of your order.
I suspect this was due to either some nitro fuel or LiPo batteries that you ordered that we couldn't ship internationally.
Whilst I wish we could help.... we take safety very seriously and ultimately we won't ship a prohibited item abroad if it breaches the carrier's regulations.
I'm sorry if you feel that's worthy of a 1 star review, but wish you the best of luck sourcing those kinds of things locally to you.
We are of course happy to help shop the vast majority of spares, parts, kits, etc abroad and so every hour of the day :-)
Thanks again, and happy RC'ing!
