Thank you guys keep up the great service you provide.

Excellent service. Had what I needed in store and delivered within 48 hours. Can't fault the service.

Always had good service from wheelspin models packages arrived on time .

Having purchased a Traxxas XRT 8S at the weekend and stripping the gears on the first outing I visited the store to buy new gears. The staff looked at the car and replaced the gears free of charge. Unfortunately these replacements also failed immediately, so a further visit to store was required. The staff looked at the car and reassured me that it wasn't something I was doing. They then asked if I had time to wait and they will check out the meshing on my motor, which turned out to incorrectly set when leaving the factory. Every thing was then set correctly and replacement gears were fitted, again free of charge. I did offer to pay but was assured that the issue was not my fault. The level of support and professionalism given to me and also other customers who were in store during my visit was outstanding. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and offer very good advice. Looking forward to visiting again for further purchases.

Top service could not recommend more

Bought a new release Tamiya and cannot fault the service in anyway. The parcel was boxed well and delivered very quickly, actually a couple of days quicker than expected. I did have a query about the model and the replies I received are what make this company stand out. They answered my question both quickly and fully explained. I will be buying my next models from this supplier. Thank you Wheelspin!

Great company, I’ve made several purchases with this company now, everyone was smooth and incredibly helpful. Prices are good, postage is quick and I’ve had help from staff along the way when I’ve needed advice. Will definitely buy from them again.
