Any interaction i had with the company have been faultless. They have answewred all my questions, laid it all out simply and saved myself £300 to boot after the other company didnt get back to me for a few days.

Excellent and stress free
I requested a brochure, which arrived promptly. I then arranged for a callback.
Roddy was extremely friendly and helpful, he gave me all the information I needed and answered all the questions I had.
Arranging my funeral plan was simple and stress free. I set up a payment plan, and the paperwork arrived in good time.
I would happily recommend anyone to consider Aura.

I guess my only question would be is why the advertisements for Aura say funerals from £1195. I wasn't told anything about this. Having shared this matter here on my review, am still happy with the service I received from Jimmy.
