Terrible Terrible Service well NO service
I have tried to get updated insurance for a trip booked with Reward points, about 4 hours on the phone, 3 "booked call backs", numerous disconnects. Still nothing.
This service is utter crap, I can only imagine if you actually need the insurance. Run very fast away. Wish they had negative review stars

After 10 years of paying these robbers their premiums, they cancelled my auto policy after 1 traffic ticket. After all the bad press Insurance companies have received recently it's become painfully aparent they are all about stealing your money in & screwing the client whenever possible.
Found alternate coverage elsewhere for LESS MONEY

RBC insurance has abused me
My RBC credit card was cloned and cancelled, so a payment to RBC insurance didn't go through. Their response was to cancel my policy, because I didn't call RBC insurance about my RBC credit card. Apparently they are totally unrelated, which is obviously my fault. After hours of pleading, they reinstated my policy with the stipulation I pay the full amount up front. Thousands of dollars later the policy is back in force and upon receiving a renewal letter, I can go back to monthly payments.
I didn't receive any renewal letter and they tried to take out a significantly higher payment annual than I authorized instead of the monthly payments we agreed upon. It didn't go through so they cancelled my policy and refuse to reinstate it. How do you pay a bill that you didn't get!? Because my policy was cancelled, other insurers are not willing to insure me.
I'm on hold trying to speak with someone and am literally told it'll be 2+ hours on hold before I can speak with someone, while my policy expires in two days.
I want to give this company negative stars. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!
