I haven’t yet received my order, it’s been almost two weeks. I’ve had to email regarding updates I’ve had no updates prior just to inform me of how long or my order process status. Disappointed

Good discount but at what cost?
TLDR: I saved money on a TV but paid for it with my time and stress.
I ordered a TV that showed as in stock on their website, but it turned out to be out of stock. To make up for it, they offered a discount on a newer model, which I accepted. Communication up to this point was excellent.
Once they had my money, communication dropped off a cliff. I was told the TV would take a month to arrive at their warehouse. After a month with no update, I emailed and was told it hadn't arrived as expected and they'd have an update the following Monday. Nothing came on Monday, so I chased several times by email. On Thursday they finally confirmed the TV was ready, but said they could only deliver on weekdays, even though they had previously told me weekend delivery was available for an extra fee.
I'm glad I got the TV and grateful for the discount, but I wouldn't rush to use them again.

I phoned the company after seeing an ad online. Very helpful and knowledgeable chap answered with his advice. Put an order in immediately just before the deadline of 12 o’clock and the order was delivered next day as promised!! Great service, very good price, delivery driver helpful and polite!! Great company, highly recommended.

Went in by chance to ask about…
Went in by chance to ask about integrated fridge freezer after visiting currys and not too happy with the rushed advice and attitude of advisor.
So pleased we called to Smiths. Apologies, I cant remember the name of the person who helped us but he showed us some options within the price range we wanted. Booked someone to come and have a look at whether we needed a 70/30 split as we didnt know. Neil and his brother les came along a few days later. Measured up and we ordered our item there and then. They came back in around 5 or 6 days with fridgefreezer..removed old, helped me clean area and fitted new one all within about 45mins to an hour. All perfect 👌 skilled work. Removed old freezer no hassle. Smiths matched currys for fitting and removal and I have to say everything about the experience was so smooth and hassle free. Id most definately reccommend Smiths. We tend to use these big companies who do not deliver that personal touch. Smiths certainly did. Everything was done quickly, professionally and efficiently. A big thankyou
