Product was not in stock - so after 2 weeks I requested a refund and bought elsewhere.
Business very prompt at providing refund which was good.

Very poor delivery service
Bought a dishwasher and arranged for an 09.20 - 11.20 morning delivery. At 08.20 I get a text and email saying my order is on a backup vehicle and my original time is cancelled but I’ll get a call 30 mins before delivery. By 4pm I manage to check the tracking and find out the whole delivery was cancelled and no one told me. Day wasted and still no dishwasher. Not happy.

The best place to buy …
Always excellent service at Smiths when we bought a tv, double built in oven and recently a washing machine at different times over last year. We would not consider going anywhere else and they price match. Peter is great as are all the fitters for each appliance. They are the best!!

Realy good service why i have never used them before.thay delivery wos spot on called me one hour before turning up. All the years going to places like currys who to be onistly haven't got a clue. But if you wont to be over charged go to currys if not. Go to SMITHS thats wot I say.
