not happy at all
the purchase team were great, it was the delivery team. They came , they saw and decided that the fridge/freezer would not fit and left. costing me £175.
I have since had the same unit delivered by a different firm with no problems what so ever.
Accounts team are refusing to reimburse me rather than take it up with delivery company

Smiths tv is very competitive on price but not so good on keeping you updated with delivery. I have been waiting for nearly two weeks for my item with no update from you. Just a text or email would be great to know what is happening with my order.

Damaged item, no reply from customer service
I chose Smiths Tv based on the trustpilot reviews, but my item arrived damaged. I contacted the company on the 29th via the email address listed on the website and order confirmation email, including photos of the damage and evidence of my order, but did not hear a reply. I followed up on the 31st and still have not had a reply. I am looking for a replacement item to be sent asap as it needs to be fitted whilst I have builders in, I have made this clear in my email. I hope they will now contact me and arrange a suitable replacement in response to this review. I will update this rating if there is a good outcome.

Great Item , Price and Service
I always prefer to buy from the smaller independent businesses but the bigger players usually crowd them out. I did an price comparison on a new tall freezer unit and Smiths TV came out well ahead. The number of great reviews sealed the deal. Not disappointed. Best price, super delivery and great service. I will be back.
