The price was competitive. But they failed to deliver my order. I've order a dishwasher two weeks ago - it was stated as in stock with their supplier. Now after two weeks they told me they don't know when they might get it so the delivery date is completely unknown. I had to ask for a refund as this is unacceptable. I would appreciate if they don't give false hope to their customers and rather list it as back order or out of stock instead of giving an impression that they are able to deliver stuff within couple of days.

Still haven’t received my order! No telephone number to speak to someone in customer services. Tried the online chat it wasn’t working, emailed customer services, a week later still no reply. Online chat now working, messaged two consecutive days, still no response. Left an email address and phone number, no excuses for anyone not to call. I wouldn’t mind so much if I knew what was going on. Although the gas hob is a good price, it would put me off ordering anything else if it’s so difficult to speak to anyone.

This Ninja creami was not avaliable anywhere. Not even on amazon. But i found it with Smiths TV. Very pleased!

We saved a considerable amount of money after finding Smith’s online. Delivery arrived promptly on the date promised. Would definitely shop there again.

Purchased a shark upright vacuum cleaner, after payment we had an email saying we will email you to advice a delivery date, 8 days later and still waiting for an email to inform us of a delivery. Opened up a complaint in PayPal. Absolute shambles of a business. Not happy

The reason of giving it two stars is I ordered my television on the 18th of last month and I am still waiting for my television to arrive. I hope it comes soon as I'm looking forward to having a new TV. I'm just wait and hope
