I've used Smiths for years for…
I've used Smiths for years for appliance purchases. They measure up, recommend models, install and recycle the old stuff. Prices are competitive. My last purchase, a Neff oven took 4 working days to be installed from the time I first called them.

When your order was placed, this item was a special order from our supplier, initially expected at our warehouse on Thursday 28th May. We were delighted when the stock actually arrived with us ten days earlier than anticipated.
We reached out via email on Monday 18th May to share the good news and to arrange a convenient delivery day with you. As we didn't receive a reply to our update, your order remained safely held in our warehouse until we could establish contact.

The way the fridge had been installed when we had our kitchen done meant it was as simple as just unplugging the old one and installing the new one. We went to the shop on Manchester road and showed the man photos of where the socket was in relation to the fridge and the dimensions of the old one. He helped us choose the best one and installed the new one without a problem

You placed an order for an item that was a special order. When you decided that you did not want to wait for this item, we processed a full refund for you. Refunding a customer in full because they chose not to wait for a special order is not a scam.
