From the initial enquiry through assesment visit and installation the team were just smart and met their promises

Great product, great price - quick and clean installation. It has transformed my husband's life and allows him to stay in our home for the foreseeable future.

The actual service was fine . Where we have a problem with your company is that once we have paid the £400.00 for the service last year, we then receive no acknowledgment as to thanks for the payment but more importantly when the service will take place.

I did tell your engineer this and he promised to discuss it with you.

Each of the workmen were vere efiicient and polite. There was one for electrics, one to fit an extra "stair turn so as to avoid an single ordinary stair step up the landing which incidentally was less intrusive than I expected. The third workman fitted the chair itself and explained how everything worked. I have not given five stars because my lift is fitted with retractable runners which initially sometimes needed a couple of attempts to "catch". A call to your office has now remedied this within hours of phone call.

Being able to get up and down stairs in total safety, no more worry about falling.
One tiny niggle is the loudness of the beeping getting final part of rail into park position. Otherwise five stars for.product.

An appointment was made and rhe engineer came on time. He was very pleasant and serviced our stair lift and left no mess. He also told us the battery would have to be replaced next year. Always good to have advance notice of a more expense in the future.

Prompt service, informative technician who arrived on time

Whilst the installation work went smoothly there were a couple of things omitted when compared with an identical Stannah stair lift installed a few weeks earlier in our three storey house. The upper remote control was not fitted to the wall but left lying loose. Nor was a label attached to the wall power socket that it was dedicated to the stair lift. Therefore just four stars instead of five I gave previously
My advice to other purchases is to ensure by asking or inspection that everything has been completed prior to signing off. That I failed to do.

Stannah Stair lift has improved my life 100%!! I feel very safe using the Stannah stair lift!
I am very impressed and grateful for the professionalism, friendliness and effectiveness of all personal I dealt with, from the first contact by phone, to the Assessor’s visit, the Electrician and Engineer who installed the Stair Lift making sure I was satisfied and safe with the installation!

Reliability is something I value greatly

It took three goes to get the stair lift installed right - including a fire in the Stannah factory!. Through the rather elogated process, the Stannnah sales rep was attentive and helpful, and I found all contact with Stannah to be courteous, prompt and supportive. The machine itself works fine - we are pleased to have it.

No problems . Installer was most friendly and competent. Stairlift works as promised.

The engineer arrived very promptly. He was extremly helpful and well mannered and managed to sort the problem out in a very short time. He is credit to the company.

Service done 5 months late . Not connected before hand to arrange a date .Service Engineer just turned up , he was lucky I was in .He was pleasant and polite and carried out the service very professionally .
