Excellent Service!
I love my Stannah stairlift! It’s been a life changer. No more painful ascending and descending the stairs. I purchased one with a retractable hinge so my small hallway and landing are clear of any obstruction. The foldable stairlift fits neatly on the stairs leaving space for visitors to get by. The installation took only 4 hours and my staircase and surrounds were left in a pristine condition afterwards. The Stannah installer explained in precise detail how to use it and didn’t leave until I demonstrated I could safely operate it myself. I was given an instruction booklet and contact details should I need them. The stairlift comes with a 2 year warranty too. From the initial consultation to the fitting a few days later everything went smoothly so I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

Stannah’s service from the start was fantastic. From the initial survey and quote to the fitting. Could not fault them at all. The stair lift looks very neat and is great for my father.

Friendly and good service
The lift was installed almost four years ago and has been a great asset in a split-level house. The service was on on time, informative and courteous.

The visit went very well!! The person who was doing the service for the chair rang me before hand to.let me know how soon he would arrive. Once he arrived he started working on the chair straight away. He was was friendly & very professional. I was very happy with the whole experience.

Great experience all round
Great experience all round. Stewart was friendly when he came out and explained everything to us. He gave us the cost of the stairlift and the extended warranty so nothing was hidden. When Ross came to install he worked quickly and cleanly he was friendly and made sure that we knew exactly how to operate it . Would definitely recommend them as they were first class.
