A stairlift to Heaven for our Mom!
The Stannah stair lift installed at our 97 year old mother's home has made a huge, positive contribution to her continued happiness and well-being. Without it, she cold not have stayed in her own home - and we, her family, desperately want her to be able to stay in he own home as long as life lasts. The staff and support of Stannah are impeccable.

Rep was helpful, informative and discussed options regarding servicing, reconditioned stairlifts etc without being at all pushy
We are pleased with the stairlift and have opted for adding additional years to the warranty to ensure we do not have to worry about affording services or the cost of any repairs in the future. Stannah’s excellent warranty package sealed the deal.
We were told we could still choose the colour of the seat cover on a reconditioned lift but when it came it wasn’t what we had chosen.

Routine 6 monthly maintenance
Routine 6 monthly maintenance fixed a problem with a screw that was working loose. Engineer also tightened up the whole stairlift connections to the stairs to cut out vibration which was probably the cause of the screw working loose. Engineer turned up to appointment on time and provided an excellent, friendly service. Highly recommended after sales service
