Problem resolved for now
Disappointing customer service. Huge volume of emails pushing me to sign up - even after I had! I did sign up and was promised a free ‘puppy pack’ Nothing has arrived. I emailed them - no response. Hoping their response to any insurance issues is more efficient
Update - received a telephone call from Vetsure apologising for their various oversights. Reassuring that they have recognised their shortcomings and responded.

Vetsure excellent customer service
Vetsure was recommended by a friend after frustration with another insurer. I changed both my dogs over to Vetsure in September 2021 to the enhanced plan of £7000 for peace of mind and have no regrets. I have had no issues with various claims made - all settled promptly and fairly. Vetsure were kind and compassionate when recently lost one of my much loved dogs suddenly/unexpectedly. All conversations have been met with kindness, care and consideration. I have no hesitation in recommending thoroughly.

Would definitely recommend Vetsure
Had a lady from this company contact me yesterday to see if I wanted to take out pet insurance (had been getting quotes, so was expecting a few calls). The price I was quoted from vetsure was far more reasonable than any other quote I received so I took the policy out there and then.
The lady I spoke to was so friendly and knowledgeable, she really made things clear to me.
Obviously I hope I don't have to make a claim but, I think, that if I do, my pets are in good hands
