Roshni has always provided an excellent service for my mum who is 79 years old. My mum was really worried about losing her hearing but Roshni put her at ease straight away by providing a caring attitude and a professional experience. My mum loves her new hearing aids and she is always happy to return to the follow up appointments knowing that Roshni will be friendly, helpful and provide us with her excellent customer care and expertise. We would not go any where else for mum's audiology appointments.

I’ve been going to the Audiologist at GallowTree Gate for a few years now. The service is second to none. In particular, Roshni Thanki is very professional, caring and supportive every time I attend. I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.

Roshni Thanki is extremely professional and competent in her work. She is obviously fully up to date in her knowledge of current hearing aids. However the service provided does not just include professialism but also the personal touch. She is always very welcoming, remembers who you are and what you do and your family. It makes it a very pleasant experience.

My appointment was a further follow up in connection with my hearing aid purchase. As always, Roshni was very professional and caring. She has a very pleasing, comfortable personality and is so very knowledgeable/competent in her role as hearing aid audiologist. My hearing aids have been life changing and it's a bonus to know that this back-up attention is available as and when necessary.

I have made numerous visits to Boots Hearing care. Leicester, initially for purchase and follow up reviews. On each occasion I was attended by Roshni Thanki. I returned today because my hearing aids were old and needed replacing. Unsurprisingly to me, I left an hour or so later after a hearing test with a new pair hearing aids and all the information I needed. As always, Roshi was extremely helpful, informative and above all caring.

Roshni is the kindest but most professional audiologist we have ever worked with - my mum is so confident and happy visiting roshni for appointments.

I have been a customer for some years now and while I could choose to go to the NHS the service I receive from Roshni in particular is second to none. Even though she knows I don't always do as I am told she remains patient and professional at all times.

I can’t recommend Boots Hearingcare in Gallowtree Gate enough!
I have been with them for my entire hearing loss journey and the service had been impeccable. Roshni Thanki is truly wonderful. Always so welcoming, extremely knowledgeable and at each appointment I’m
made to feel valued and cared for. Roshni’s customer service is one of those that is inherent and not from a text book.

My husband and I had our initial hearing assessment. We were seen, on time, by Roshni, the audiologist, who was very friendly, patient, approachable, professional and thorough.

I was seen on time, Roshni explained the change in my hearing since my last visit, gave me my hearing test , and checked my hearing aids.
Also told me and demonstrated the new technology in hearing aids since I purchased my last pair.
