Straightforward purchase experience. Clear and concise website.

Batteries will be fine, I hope! But the checkout kept refusing a perfectly valid bank card. Very, very frustrating.

My experience with duracelldirect
easy to go back and forward allowing you to go back
and correct any error that you may have occured during whilst your were researching what your looking for with duracelldirect

Really easy transaction as always.

Very good prices.

The will be my second purchase from Duracell Direct. As I am divesting from certain companies, thus I find purchasing directly from manufacturers, like Duracell, have the added benefit of longer warranty periods and direct customer service.

You took the VAT off (as is correct for Channel Island resident) but so many retailers don't or can't be bothered. Perfect for me, I will buy all my batteries from you guys in future!

Clear website. Easy to use

Easy to find exactly what was needed in a vast array of possibilities

Disappointed not to grab a discount code, as I never received the email

Never seem able to pay by bankcard, Bank blames seller for sluggish transaction speed.
Always have to pay by Paypal. It's an inconvenience with neither party accepting it's their problem.

Other than that always happy.
