Simple ordering form and clear concise instructions. I really liked that no page viewed in the process was cluttered or over busy.

so easy to look up battier

clear, concise, easy

Amazing savings on Canon camera batteries.

Great service. I had a query prior to purchase the team was extremely helpful and the responded very quickly.

Very easy to find what I wanted and a website that was very easy to navigate through.

Initially, things went well. It was easy to find the battery pack I needed and easy to set up an account. Unfortunately, I was let down by 2 failed attempts to pay for my order which meant I had to wait and try again. I hope it was only a rare, not a regular, occurrence! I've only reduced by one star as otherwise a good experience.

Easy to find and order. Competitive prices.

Quick and easy to use website, great prices will use again.

Very easy to identify what I needed and then to order it

Searching, ordering and purchasing were easy.
