Kudos to Jake
Kudos to Jake, my Gravity Lending representative. Gravity had the best rate I could find, with no closing costs, and an additional 1/4 percent for ACH payments. What I most liked about Jake was that there was no pressure. I received one email after my inquiry, and when I indicated I wanted to wait, I was not barraged with reminders, phone calls, texts, etc. Most forms were managed online, and those that needed to be mailed were facilitated by a pre-paid return mailing label. A smooth process from beginning to end.

Great experience for auto refinance
My husband and I just recently refinanced both of our auto loans and were able to receive a great rate. Definitely will help save us money. We worked with Cody Geiger who was extremely helpful and made the process very easy to complete and was quick to answer any questions. Overall a great experience.

Like everyone, I was a little sketchy at first when I decided to come to this company for a refinance opportunity, but over the last couple of days, I can firmly say that it has been nothing but hassle-free, great customer service, and an overall stress-free process! My loan officer was Nick Lavender, an overall amazing person as well as an amazing loan officer. He took me through the process as straightforwardly as possible with transparency, and understandably, his calm demeanor and great sense of humor were enough to ease my nerves about refinancing! 10/10 would be a returning customer if I ever gamble my paycheck away lol.

Had a really good experience working with Nick Lavender on my refinance. He's a genuinely nice guy, easy to talk to, and knows his stuff. Best experienced ever, Geoffrey helped me and he was so patient and helped me out on getting a rate that was needed for my new move. Great Experience
Never had a lender treat me as a person, not just a number, like Geoff Rogers at Gravity Lending. He held our hand all the way, everything being clearly explained and all questions answered in a short period of time.
