Found Gravity after cancelling another refi offer due to runaround. Dillon was diligent in responding to me and getting me a good rate that fit right into what I was searching. Loan process was easy online and wasn't left in the dark wondering "what if". Don't have any plans to refinance again, but if I were to purchase another vehicle I will come back to them for the new car financing.

I worked with Kevin Garza at Gravity on a refi auto loan. I was initially skeptical to deal with an on-line lender, especially a lender that I was not familiar with. Kevin was very diligent and really put in the time to continually follow up with me. I finally said "let me see what he has to say". He explained how they work with multiple lenders and was immediately transparent with what he had as the best interest % so far. There was no playing games, fishing for what I pay, what other quotes I already received. Simply- "I was able to get X% for XX months. How does that compare to what you have"? He was willing to go back and continue to search for a better rate. His initial rate was drastically lower than my current rate and still over 1.5% lower than all the current quotes I had received. And I did my due diligence. He and his team were extremely easy to work with! Made completing paperwork and getting it all done timely, a breeze. I would use Gravity and recommend Kevin 100 times over!

I asked Chat GPT to find me a lower interest rate for my auto loan, I also asked for the loan provider to have a 90% or above positive rating with their existing customer. It recommended me to apply to gravity lending, I had never heard of this company, so I called and was assigned to Robert Colby. He provided very good customer service calling me back on every occasion, and I called a lot. I was not an easy customer to deal with; I was extremely skeptical, had lots of questions, not the nicest to talk to, he was calm professional and answered all my question with a positive tone. I was so happy with my results, that I have now recommend several of my family members to contact Robert to improve on their current financial situations. If I ever need to refinance another vehicle, he will be my 1st call, Thank Robert for your strong work!

Ari Monroe at Gravity was awesome every step of the way; He was my initial contact and the lead on my loan through the entire process. I had recently purchased a car and accepted a less than ideal rate just to get the sale moving. I had attempted to work with other lending companies after to lower the initial rate and Gravity by and far blew them out of the water. We were able to lock in a competitive rate and the kicker; no extra fees from Gravity. Ari and I communicated easily and he answered all of my question and concerns in a timely manner and we were able to lock in a deal. 100%would recommend this company and Ari to handle any refi situations.

I got a straightforward mailing from Gravity Lending for refinancing my Auto Loan, so after a bit of research, I contacted them and my NEW Loan Officer, Paul Elliot, got back to me immediately. He, too, was very straightforward and found me a loan that cut my interest rate almost in half, with good options for financing and payment plans. He was patient and stayed on top of everything for me and the new loan was in place in a relatively short amount of time. I couldn't be happier with how this all turned out. Past experiences going directly to big banks were terrible, but I thought those were my only options; never again!
