Unacceptable service and a complete lack of accountability. On two separate occasions, this company sent a fully loaded vehicle to collect my shed, making the collection impossible. Rather than fixing their logistical error, their customer service showed zero interest in resolving the issue and deflected the blame onto everyone but themselves. I highly recommend avoiding this company.

The delivery time was within the window…
The delivery time was within the window schedule. Received a phone call to say they could not get the van into our road. I walked down to see them and they were walking up the driveway to my home, quite a distance.
I said other larger vehicles gained access, but the driver was concerned that as it was a 26 plate he did not want to damage his vehicle, which I understood. The delivery was made so no big issue. Well done the team.

Lovely delivery lads, great company. Clear and quick communication. They sent emails/texts and links. Allowed me to choose delivery date. Kept me informed from pick up to drop off. The guys who came to deliver were friendly and helpful leaving the very heavy parcel in my garden where I wanted it to go.

Excellent - No Other Word Needed
Excellent communication and service throughout since placing our order with Costco. Delivery was on time, with two friendly men kindly placing the huge box exactly where we asked. Can't fault Kinetic Logistics at all and wish all courier services were the same.
