Just informed unable to deliver at 3.27pm on day of delivery. Very poor service. Now having to wait another week for delivery time take more time off work …. poor service
You could have called , arranged next day delivery something , instead you just sent a text.
Your customer service is awful.

First class service. Got sent a link to book an appointment, that was confirmed. On the day we got a message with an eta and the package was delivered.

Fantastic service from start to finish
Fantastic service from start to finish! I was kept informed throughout and really appreciated being able to track my delivery. The team also messaged me when they were just 10 minutes away.
Darren and his colleague were very friendly, helpful and patient, kindly waiting until I had received the items. Darren also made sure he advised me on what to do until I hadn’t arrived so that I dont miss delivery.

Doesn't get any better
I had a 12-3 delivery window. Driver texted at 11.40 saying he'd be arriving in 20 mins (got to love being at the beginning of the window!) Polite, friendly, made 55" TV look light as a feather lol. Carefully carried it in, placed it and made sure it was the right way up. Also reminded me of Costco 5 year warranty. Highly recommend.
