Ordered a big tv from Costco - we’re going away tomorrow, so was a bit nervous they’d just send it whenever.
They use Kinetic who let me pick my delivery date and couldn’t have kept me more up to date. I was given a 3 hour window and then a text to confirm he’d be there in 40 mins.
Zero complaints - happy with Kinetic and pleased that Costco use a decent company for their deliveries!

Delivery said between 9-12 at a retail store someone else (staff) was opening up
Ringing at 8:20am before we was even open saying you need to get this now or else it will be delivered at another time
I had been on a night shift and had to rush there out of bed all because the delivery driver was being cocky and there was no other way of coming back later that day.
