I had an excellent experience with the representative named Sanapadou Sineyile from SES Water . She was incredibly professional, polite, and patient throughout our conversation. She took the time to explain everything in detail and ensured that all of my questions were fully answered. Website link to send meter readings is not working. I couldn't fully understand what the customer service person was saying because of his heavy accent, speaking very fast, so the call took longer than necessary because I had to ask him to repeat himself slowly several times.
