The whole installation process went smoothly and the lift is comfortable and easy to use. I gave only 4 out of 5 stars because the installation took place approx 10 days later than the timescale stated in the quote.

Annual maintenance of our Stannah stairlift
The Orpington Office kindly arranged our annual maintenance servicing visit. Jim, the Stannah Engineer, arrived on time and did a great job: meticulous, professional and friendly. Brilliant. Keep up the good work, Stannah. Highly recommended.

Outstanding service from Stannah
The entire experience was superb. From the outset we were listened to, kept up to speed with the progress and received outstanding customer service.
Sandra managed everything with kindness and efficiency and the electrician and fitters were thoughtful and considerate.

The engineer was in my area and phoned me to see if he could come an service our starlift. He turned up with in a half hour and done a good job. He was helpful and friendly.
