Unfortunately we had to contact wessex lifts again to report a fault on my pretty old stanna stair lift .Fortunately Alan came out again promptly, l find him to be a really down to eath guy only too happy to help.He is very competent in his job and nothing is too much trouble for him . Once again my chair is now working as it should thank-Alan .

Our experience with Stannah has been great from start to finish. We enjoyed meeting James who initially visited us to look at our stairs, talk us through what needed to be considered and then recommended the stair lift he thought was most appropriate to meet our requirements. The stairlift was delivered and installed two weeks later by Tom who worked steadily and diligently and made sure that everything fitted well and that we understood how to operate it. Our dealings with the Stannah admin team were good and we felt well supported throughout the whole process.

We were not contacted regarding the…
We were not contacted regarding the servicing of our 1yr old stair lift. I phoned to find out what was happening and was told they would pass on our contact details to the engineer for the area, a week later and nothing so phoned again, this time we were given a date and time slot. The engineer arrived on said date, he was very pleasant and very thorough and didn't seem to know why the stair lift hadn't been serviced before as they are usually serviced around 6 months after installation, he apologised for the delay. I told him I had phoned and was told he would contact us but he seemed oblivious to this.
He was a very pleasant, mannerable and assured us the stair lift was all good.
I have given 4 stars due to the poor communication not because of the work carried out.
